Salud laboral autopercibida en auxiliares de enfermería: evidencia en un hospital público del Caribe colombiano

Se describe la autopercepción de salud laboral en auxiliares de enfermería de un hospital público del Caribe colombiano. Se aplicó un diseño transversal descriptivo con muestreo por conveniencia; participaron 60 auxiliares con contrato activo y ≥6 meses de experiencia. Se excluyeron vacaciones, licencias e instrumentos incompletos. Los participantes diligenciaron el GHQ-30 y un cuestionario sociodemográfico-laboral. Se empleó estadística descriptiva (medias, desviaciones estándar, frecuencias) y el reporte siguió STROBE. El 88,3% de la muestra fue femenina, 90,0% laboraba en turnos rotativos y 56,7% en jornadas >48 horas/semana; 11,7% reportó incapacidad laboral anual. El promedio global del GHQ-30 fue 0,82 (DE=0,34). Los ítems más afectados fueron pérdida de sueño por preocupaciones (M=1,20; DE=0,68) y sentirse bajo presión constante (M=1,18; DE=0,75); en contraste, se preservaron desempeño de rol (M=0,35; DE=0,61) y toma de decisiones (M=0,40; DE=0,62). Los hallazgos sugieren la necesidad de intervenciones organizacionales sobre programación de turnos, límite de jornadas, higiene del sueño y apoyo en dotación. Este estudio aporta evidencia contextualizada para la prevención temprana de riesgos psicosociales.
